If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases. In all cases, products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Sale items are not eligible for return. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. ­­

For returns by mail, please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. To return an order to the shipper, please send the product (s) in question by Canada Post with the accelerated parcel service, with signature, to the following address: Peanut Butter Gorgeous – 6012 82 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6B 0E7

It can take up to 30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

  1. Items accompanied by a receipt but returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. Instead we will gladly offer to you a product exchange or merchandise credit.
  2. Items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the Peanut Butter Gorgeous refund and exchange policy.
  3. Any products not accompanied by a receipt and not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

All eligible transactions can only be processed in Canadian dollars and we must apply all federal and provincial taxes as required by law. We are not able to make any adjustments for currency valuation.

Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Peanut Butter Gorgeous. Peanut Butter Gorgeous reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Peanut Butter Gorgeous will respect any additional return rights that you may have under applicable provincial laws, including any refund rights with respect to purchases made on

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-557-3223. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

For bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account (whichever form of payment you used for the original purchase), for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any new and unused item that you return within the returns window.
